As one of the key figures behind the production of this unforgettable evening, Sissi brought her vision, passion, and commitment to creating a night where fashion, live music, and social impact came together.

Her energy and leadership turned this event into more than a celebration. It became a statement of what creativity and unity can achieve.

MASTERS OF THE MUSEUM | BY BTS MIAMI

We received an invitation to attend the opening of “Masters of the Museum | From Myth to Motion” at Nader Museum, an exhibition bringing together fourteen masters through a journey across five visual revolutions in Latin American art.

During our visit, we explored works by Botero, Cruz-Diez, De Szyszlo, Guayasamín, Kuitca, Lam, Matta, Peláez, Pettoruti, Rivera, Soto, Tamayo, Torres-García, and Vigas, in an evening that transformed the museum into a meeting point for art, culture, and the people who are part of Miami’s story.

Among the guests was U.S. Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar, Representative for Florida’s 27th Congressional District, who joined our host and co-founder Yelain Santoyo for a conversation during the opening. Salazar currently chairs the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere. House.gov⁠

It was a conversation that unfolded naturally through art, surrounded by an exhibition connecting different generations, artistic languages, and perspectives from across Latin America.

Because behind every exhibition are also the people, encounters, and conversations that connect a city.

MASTERS OF THE MUSEUM | FROM MYTH TO MOTION | BY BTS MIAMI

Yesterday marked the opening of Masters of the Museum: From Myth to Motion at Nader Museum, an exhibition bringing together fourteen masters and five visual revolutions in a journey through some of the most essential figures in Latin American art.

It was an evening of art, culture, and connections in Miami, where we had the opportunity to spend time with María Elvira Salazar, U.S. Representative, and artist Soraya Abu Naba’a, whose work is exhibited at Nader Museum, alongside figures from Miami’s art and cultural community.

The exhibition features works by Botero, Cruz-Diez, De Szyszlo, Guayasamín, Kuitca, Lam, Matta, Peláez, Pettoruti, Rivera, Soto, Tamayo, Torres-García, and Vigas.

At The Dominican Legacy Gala, held at The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables, BTS Miami went beyond the red carpet to talk about connection, art, family and legacy.

Hosted by Jennifer Denisse García, the evening brought together remarkable voices and stories around Dominican excellence, culture and impact.

In our conversations with Emilio Estefan and Gary Nader, one idea connected the night: the importance of bringing people together and creating something that can transcend generations.

With Emilio Estefan, we spoke about connecting people and the relationships that can open new possibilities.

Gary Nader shared a more personal perspective on legacy, reflecting on his father, what he built in Santo Domingo, and the role of art in preserving history, identity and vision for future generations.

Miami celebrated The Dominican Legacy Gala, an evening dedicated to recognizing excellence, leadership, and the legacy of the Dominican community.

Held at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, the gala brought together entrepreneurs, leaders, philanthropists, and cultural figures in an event designed to honor remarkable careers and strengthen connections between Miami, the Dominican Republic, and its diaspora.

Jennifer Denisse García, CEO of JENGA Strategies & Consulting Group and Political Strategist, was part of the work behind a gala built around community, leadership, and legacy.

The evening also featured Dr. Leonel Fernández, former President of the Dominican Republic and founder of GFDD, an organization focused on education, leadership, research, and sustainable development.

Among the honorees was Emilio Estefan, recognized for a career deeply connected to Miami and the global reach of Latin culture.

One of the most meaningful moments of the night came with the recognition of Gary Nader. His mother, his children, and his family were there to share a moment that went far beyond the award itself: several generations gathered around a lifetime of work and everything built along the way.

Because true legacy is also measured by what remains in the generations that follow.
