We've been quiet for a little while over here at TFF, but we have a great video for you! Roaring Camp's annual Harvest Fair and Steam Festival is a blast every year, and this year was no exception! All four of Roaring Camp's narrow gauge steam locomotives were hot and there were new participants such as a disconnect log car and a steam winch! After 21 years of sitting on the dead line, the old Southern Pacific Hopper Car, now owned by the Santa Cruz Big Trees and Pacific Railway is back in service as a ballast car for the railroad! It is a magnificent sight to see this car rolling on an SP line in its original SP paint!
