According to an arrest report, a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led investigators to Garvin, via an IP address and internet provider.

Deputies said it was that internet provider, AT&T, that gave authorities Garvin’s name and address.

Authorities announced the arrest of a Broward County man on child p**n charges.

How ridiculous is this .. these federal agents are not trained for local law-enforcement. I don’t believe they know what to actually do while in DC. They are asking someone for ID when they’re sitting in front of their own home I mean, have they establish some type of curfew.
