This was our reward for refusing to quit.

We were exhausted.

Hungry.

We had lost countless yards of braid, leaders, and tackle to the rough surf, and only three lines remained in the water. We were getting ready to call it a day when everything changed.

Smiley's rod suddenly doubled over.

After an incredible fight, he landed a massive bull shark, proving that sometimes all it takes is one opportunity to make an entire weekend unforgettable.

That shark wasn't just another catch...

It was the payoff for refusing to quit.
