The voter fraud investigation in Surfside is about ensuring fair elections, and it’s clear that former Mayor Shlomo Danzinger's claims are more about deflecting blame than fact. Despite Danzinger’s accusations that the investigation was targeting him and Jewish voters, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office confirmed he was never a part of it. Chief Assistant State Attorney Howard Rosen, who is Jewish himself, made it clear that religion had nothing to do with the investigation. It’s worth noting that the former Surfside vice mayor was not mentioned in response to these allegations however the evidence we know of doesn’t look good as previously reported by WPLG: https://youtu.be/zSXmnXUN9lc?si=fOE_ltaZj2lxmUqh

Danzinger seems more focused on playing the victim and false accusations of antisemitism than addressing the real issue of voter fraud. His complaints about being targeted politically come off as an attempt to distract from the legitimate investigation. Instead of offering any proof of political retaliation, Danzinger is pointing fingers without a solid basis.

What’s really needed is an honest investigation to see if any wrongdoing happened. Danzinger’s personal grievances and conspiracy theories are unhelpful distractions. If voter fraud is found, those involved should be held accountable. If not, this investigation will help restore faith in Surfside’s elections—something Danzinger seems more interested in undermining than supporting.

🚨 As recently reported by Miami New Times [1], a political action committee called One Surfside, run by Aaron Nevin, who’s famously known for working with questionable characters, including Russian hackers [2] was secretly funded by Fort Partners and Kushner Properties, who funneled money using a pro-developer Broward County PAC run by Fabian Basabe and his intern. They did everything they could to influence the recent Surfside elections in favor of the pro-developer candidates, including arresting political opponents https://www.instagram.com/reel/C4QawSRrbkQ/?igsh=MWkwejVsbjB2MHl0MQ==, and one of these ***holes include the now candidate for Miami Dade County Mayor, Shlomo Danzinger for Surfside, the failed mayor who did not win his re-election bid in Surfside.

During the recent Surfside elections, information in political advertising was completely false and I think they made a big mistake in disrespecting and underestimating us.

These are the people who are ruining this country. Who are making politics dishonest and nasty, while claiming they run “clean campaigns.” They muddy the waters, all for their developer donors.

Their policy sucks, case in point, Basabe was the main sponsor of what became the controversial Live Local Act [3], something that does NOT benefit his constituents.

They are out of touch. And must be voted out.

Do not vote for Fabian Basabe or Shlomo Danzinger.

Let's make this guy a Surfside Town Commissioner. Gerardo Vildostegui gets it. He gets what makes Surfside special and is willing to fight to protect and evolve our town responsibly, but most of all, with residents in mind, not developers and real estate profiteers.

Surfside Mayor silences resident trying to speak about the Champlain Towers Memorial. Apparently they are trying to call it the Surfside Memorial. Is this a way to make people forget about what happened at Champlain Towers? Is this a favor to DAMAC so they can sell more units?
