On a recent trip to New Orleans, we were blessed with the opportunity to go to Cafe Du Monde and enjoy their Beignet and a cup of coffee. I bought a box of the Beignet mix to bring home and made some this morning. Delightful. I understand they are good for you, as they are made with flour, then deep fried and covered generously with powdered sugar.🤣
