A few weeks ago I shared the cover of my Customer Success Portfolio, and several people asked what was inside.

So here’s a little sneak peek. 👀

This portfolio is filled with real customer projects I’ve worked on throughout my territory.

Each page focuses on three simple things:

✔️ The challenge
✔️ The solution
✔️ The results

I created it because sometimes it’s easier to show what you do than explain it.

One of my favorite parts of this job is helping customers improve organization, visibility, and efficiency with simple changes that make a big difference every day. 💛

Saw this truck on the road today and it got me thinking…

Most people see a concrete truck.

I see the drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, suppliers, contractors, and countless others working behind the scenes to keep projects moving.

There are a lot of hardworking people out there making things happen every day, and most of them never get the recognition they deserve.

Just a little reminder to appreciate the folks who help keep our communities built and running. 🇺🇸🚛💛

I finally finished a project I’ve been working on for a while. 📖💛

This Customer Success Portfolio is filled with real customer projects, challenges, solutions, and results from across my territory.

It’s been fun looking back at everything that’s been accomplished so far, and even more exciting knowing there are plenty of pages left to fill.

Now it’s time to keep helping customers and adding new success stories. 🙌🏼

It’s funny how something so simple can make such a big difference. 💛

I spent about two hours labeling and cleaning up this bolt bin for a customer.

No new equipment. No major changes. Just taking the time to make it easier for them to find what they need.

The best part wasn’t the bin, it was seeing how much they appreciated it.

Sometimes the little things leave the biggest impression. 🙌🏼

Sometimes the best solutions aren’t found in a catalog. A customer showed me an assortment that wasn’t working for them....

Sometimes the best solutions aren’t found in a catalog.

A customer showed me an assortment that wasn’t working for them.

Before recommending anything new, I took the time to identify what they had and help create a better system around it.

Sometimes solving the problem is more important than making the sale. 🙌🏼💛

Sometimes you’re in the right place at the right time. 💛

This customer was frustrated because he kept getting items he didn’t use while struggling to get the items he actually needed.

The first thing I told him was, “Let’s relabel the bin.”

If you can’t easily see what you have, it’s hard to know what to order and even harder to find what you need when you’re busy.

Less than a week later, the bin was cleaned up, relabeled, and much easier to manage.

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from fixing the simple things. 🙌🏼

Anyone can sell products. The real value comes from helping customers implement solutions that make their day-to-day operations easier.

It’s always interesting to see how products hold up after they’ve been put to work.

This Diamond-Kut wheel has seen plenty of use, but it’s still in impressive shape.

When customers show me products they’ve been using for a while, I always pay attention to how well they’ve held up. Longevity matters just as much as performance. 💪🏼
