Sometimes better organization starts with making a bigger mess. 😂

Brass and black iron were mixed throughout this customer’s inventory, so today was all about pulling it out, sorting, measuring and getting everything back where it belongs.

It takes time, but this is part of taking care of my customers. 💪

When we’re finished, finding the right fitting will be quick and easy.

Went for a walk and noticed these faded bollards at the park. My first thought… those need some fresh safety yellow!

Made a call, found out who oversees them, and it sounds like they’ll be getting some attention. 💛

Love getting pictures like these from customers! 😍

They’re in the process of repainting their poles and handrails using our primer and a custom color-matched Kimball Midwest paint and look at that difference!

Nothing better than seeing a product doing exactly what it’s supposed to do and a customer happy with the results.

A little behind the scenes of a conversion in progress. 👀

Some projects take a few hours. Others take a few days.

Hearing the customer’s excitement about what’s coming makes all the work worth it.

This is a huge opportunity, and I’m incredibly grateful to have earned their trust.

not gonna lie… I love a clean Kimball setup. 😍

Gray bins, bright high-visibility labels, and everything easy to find.

This customer uses this inventory to keep their service trucks stocked. Their team grabs what they need, and I come in behind them to replenish it.

Easy to see. Easy to find. Easy to keep stocked. 💪🏼

Sometimes a clean, simple setup is exactly what a customer needs.

This customer has started doing more metric work, so we added a setup focused on the sizes they’re actually using.

One thing I love about our fastener program is the ability to buy in smaller quantities. We can build around what the customer needs without loading them up with a bunch of product they don’t.

Right product. Right quantity. Ready when they need it. 💪🏼

💪🏼 Teamwork made this one happen.

We spent the day reorganizing and relabeling an 80-bin fastener system so the technicians could find the right parts faster.

The best part was hearing their positive feedback once everything was finished.

A big thank you to Kelly who pitched in and helped get this project completed in a single day. I truly appreciate the support!

Sometimes it’s the little moments that make you smile.

Driving through town today, I noticed the fire hydrants had been freshly painted. I had to turn around for a quick picture.

It’s a great feeling knowing that’s Kimball Midwest paint helping keep our community looking its best.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
