Festivus for the Restivus: Festivus in February

Kurt knew he wanted an event annually to welcome his friends and extended family to a yearly check in fun. This was spirited during college when he called upon his football buddies from high school. With a handful of them, a nice gathering of 20 people got put together, and it is memorable fun. This is the predictable way to break the winter doldrums.

The formula is to get F’d up - In alliteration only. Festivus in February on the First Friday with Full weekend Following. 3 days of fun-filled Seinfeld culture.

This all goes back to days at LaFollette House in Madison (Lakeshore dorms) with study breaks including watching Seinfeld together.

Featuring attendance by UW-Madison alumni including those from none other than LaFollette House that started this whole theme aspiration in the first place.
