This is our last event with the kitchen open so make sure you tell Ben and Brittany how amazing they have been and be kind as we are running out and on a limited menu.

Josey Stall Assignments. Electric is first come first serve for parking. We only have a couple 30 amp outlets so please come with adapters for 20amp.

🚨We do not allow outside shavings.

If you purchased shavings online they will be in your stall upon arrival. If you have not purchased shavings you can do so online until tomorrow mid day then all other reservations will need to be made upon arrival Friday.

ATTENTION TIE DOWN AND BREAKAWAY ROPERS!!!
Today is the last to enter thru Next Gen App to avoid late fee($35)
Walk up entries will be accepted at the roping for an additional $35. If you know you are coming out get entered and save some "fuel" money. Remember you can enter 2x per event. Looking like its going to be a great turn out with lots of added $$$$$. Feel free to reach out with questions and Thank you to everyone that has already entered.

Josey Clinic Participants..

Check in is from 3-5:30pm on Friday. Arrival anytime after 1pm Friday.

If you are looking to arrive on Thursday you can visit our website www.theshowarena.com click on entries and stalls. There is an extra charge for early arrivals on Thursday.

We will post stall charts next week. Electric hookup locations are first come first serve for anyone who purchased electric for the weekend. We do not have water service. Most are 20amp, we do have some 30 amp along the north side of Barn 2.

If you have not paid for electric please do not park by the hookups.

Your horse must be stalled overnight. We do not allow overnight tie outs or pen outs.

The Mastin Site Services kitchen will be open all weekend.

We do have a show scheduled for Monday if you are wanting to layover for the show Monday please make sure you let us know on Sunday.

There is an auditor fee for the weekend. All youth participants may be accompanied by their parents. Adult participants may have a spouse/significant other attend.

Anyone auditing the clinic needs to register and pay upon entry.
