There is nothing wrong with you.

Whoa! You can't make that statement. You don't know my health problems, or what I'm going through!
You're right.
But hear me out:
The messages you're getting from your body, are it's language. It has no other way to communicate with you, other than it's many, multilayered, signals and signs. We've just been conditioned and taught that the cacophony of that language is to be dismissed, shut off, silenced, ignored and punished. We were never taught how to translate properly.
So our body gets louder or shuts down. Wouldn't you if you were constantly ignored or punished for speaking up?
And if the one thing that is your partner in this life is suffering or needs support, wouldn't you want to try to communicate? And work together?
Because your body's innate wisdom is geared towards healing, not away from it.
It's not lieing to you.
It's not sabotaging you.
Your body loves you. It's not betraying you or punishing you. It doesn't have a will of it's own bent solely on your destruction and making your life miserable. Your body is perfect FOR you and your journey here.
So I say again, with all love.

It's no accident that Halloween, All Saints Day , Dia des los Mu***os, and the fall coincide. The eerie twilight between the end of life and death. The true thinness of the veil between the living and the dead. The illusion of full green foliage falls away to show us the underbelly and the core of things.
