All right, everyone welcome to a Friday night debate. Anyone who knows me knows that I have been pushing LS engines in Late model racing in East Tennessee for a long time and have question how come they’re not in the rules well today one of the traveling series in our area announced that next year. They’re going to allow LS engines. This is the rules that they have posted. Curious to see what everybody’s take would be on this and if your local tracks or series has an LS rules package I’m curious to hear about them. Even though I would love to see the 6.0 block be legal. I am happy for these rules so with that being said, I am not bashing or complaining before anyone starts saying that.

❗️LS STEELBLOCK OPTION FOR 2026❗️

(Maryville TN)...The Topless Outlaws series will add a new engine option for 2026....the "Outlaw 365 LS" will be the first built LS engine package for the series. With the long-time availability of parts and strong support from the aftermarket these engines will now have a place in dirt late model racing.
