Daria is a 1 year old spayed female. She came in as a stray and weighs around 25lbs. She came in a little shy, but doesn’t take too long to warm up. She loves going to the play yards and running around. She also loves treats and will warm up to you faster with them! Meet Sampson, the tall, lanky goofball who is pretty sure he’s a baby giraffe in a dog suit. At 5 years old, this maybe-Mastiff mix is all legs, all heart, and could stand to gain a few snack-sponsored pounds in his future home.

Who Sampson Is

Sampson is a happy, friendly guy who thinks every person he meets is a long-lost best friend and every walk is a grand adventure. Volunteers have been showing him the ropes, and he’s loving his leash lessons and nature walks on the trail.

• Eager to learn and soak up praise and treats.

What He’s Looking For

Due to wet and icy conditions, Jackson County Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay today, December 11th. District officials will continue to monitor road conditions throughout the morning and communicate any changes as needed.

Behavior/Personality: Badger is a sweet boy and loves attention! He has a good amount of energy for his age and is very treat motivated. He enjoys being brushed, pet, and sun bathing. He walks pretty good on a leash and is looking for a good couch to lay on!
Energy Level: medium energy level
Dogs: He has done good with others, even younger puppies. Meet and greets are always recommended!

Yuki is a spirited girl who loves getting outside! Hikes, nature walks, and adventures are her favorite! Don’t let her age fool you; this sweet lady still has plenty of pep in her step and enjoys a good play session.

She would do wonderfully in a home with a respectful, playful dog buddy. She can be a fairly rough player - so another dog who can handle some rough and tumble play, but can slow down between play sessions - would be best. Yuki already knows sit, knows some of her manners, and is a total cuddle bug when it’s time to slow down.
