The number 1 mistake I see business owners make with podcasting is thinking that the hard part is the content.

It’s not.

Most business owners have 5, 10, or 20+ years of expertise in their field. Opinions, stories, strategies, and lessons to teach. Content is NOT the problem.

The hard part is the production.

You record an episode, and suddenly you’ve got an hour of footage and audio that you don’t know what to do with. Editing, mixing, cutting clips, writing show notes and uploading.

What felt like a fun idea, turns into a 2nd job. That’s why most podcasts die by episode 4. The businesses that build their audiences aren’t the ones with the most to say. They’re the ones that figured out the production side.

That’s the problem we exist to solve.
