The Holy Spirit revealed to me that our spirit is tested but our flesh is tempted. Do you know yourself? Do you know the weapons the kingdom of darkness uses against us to keep us from our spiritual elevation? Learn your strength and your weaknesses so they can’t be used against you.

To all my Queens in the Flyy Girl Zone...

I see you grinding. I know you're working hard building an empire, but I have to ask...are you breaking yourself in the process?

We’ve been sold this story of the American Dream that being exhausted is just the price of admission for success. That if we aren't running on empty, we aren't doing enough. But in this video slideshow, I’m sharing the raw truth—alongside the stories* of some incredible women and my own deeply personal crash-and-burn.

Because here is the beautiful reality: God designed your life for rhythm, not a relentless, soul-crushing grind. Hustling for your worth comes with a heavy price tag, and you were created for so much more than to be reduced to a to-do list.

It’s time to lay the heavy armor down and remember who you truly are. You are the daughter of the Most High God, the Creator of the Universe. It’s time to GlowUp, Sis. ✨

It’s time to trim your wick, replenish your oil, and prepare for the coming of the Bridegroom. You don’t want to be like the Foolish Virgins and get caught sleeping. You don't have to navigate this season of resetting alone. If you’re ready to reclaim your peace and find that sweet spot between true success and deep rest, I’d love to walk alongside you in a 1-on-1 coaching session or something more.

Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders, and visit www.amenya.co (or click the link in my bio), and let’s start your journey back to you today. 🤍

Happy Saturday! I pray each of you take time to rest and reflect over this past week. What did you learn? How can you improve yourself? Did you stick to your boundaries? Did yiu communicate your needs and feelings while considering others? This is part of the GlowUp. The GlowUp is about trimming your wick and preparing for the return of the Bridegroom.

Everyone talks about the "American Dream," but nobody tells you what it actually costs to build it. 🕒💥

I remember those days so clearly. I was in school full-time and working full-time. I had three different part-time jobs, and let me tell you something, some days I was easily clocking over 8 hours of work on top of my classes.

One of those jobs was at the Auburn Hospitality Center. I was only supposed to be there on the weekends—opening the center at 4:45 AM and working until 3 PM—but I usually ended up picking up extra days during the week, too.

I also volunteered a lot. I wasn't doing it because I necessarily had to; I did it because I loved it. I loved being in the community and volunteering. On the rare days I had a second to breathe, I made sure I made it to church. I had very little time for friends. At one point, I had to make a choice: do I hang out with my friends, or do I build this dream?

I chose the dream. I chose the work. I chose to focus on my education.

But the truth is, your body can only hold so much. Eventually, it’s going to say what your mouth won’t: “I can’t do this anymore”.

If you’re a high achiever who feels like you’re hitting a wall, I’ve been there. You can love your community, your friends, and your job without losing yourself in the process. Let's talk about trading that "hustle" the "grind" for real peace.
