Today was just a day that was good for my soul. Started with an amazing Plant Swap at Crazy Daisies with so many amazing people coming together as a community. HUGE thanks to ShowGrls Kelly & Sara for these gifts for my home studio (a painting of Fred — come ON! Love it!) Celebrated my brother-in-law's 50th at Harvey's Garden with family. Closed it out with my wife at a sold-out CAKE concert at Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards.

If you're like me & spend a lot of time living in the "What ifs" & fear of the unknown, it's important to pause and recognize sometimes how great the RIGHT NOW is.

'Backrooms' was a trippy & strange 105 minutes, but I really loved it. It will not be for everyone. Oldest called it 'mid.' Youngest said 'real good.'
