I’ve been loving a simple but powerful journaling method I learned through my church called SOAP journaling. It’s been such a game-changer for my time with God!
Here’s how it works:
S – Scripture
Write out the verse or passage that stands out to you.
O – Observation
What does this scripture say? What do you notice? Who is it written to? What’s the main point?
A – Application
How does this apply to your life right now? What is God saying to you personally?
P – Prayer
Turn what you’ve learned into a prayer back to God.
It’s such a practical way to not just read the Bible, but actually hear from God through it. My quiet time feels so much more intentional now!
