Can you spot the truth? 1 is true, 2 are lies. 🤍

Statement A — God only reveals His presence and speaks to humanity through grand, earth-shaking, spectacular natural phenomena.

Statement B — Jesus explicitly teaches that whenever we serve, feed, clothe, or welcome the marginalized and vulnerable, we are directly serving Him.

Statement C — The biblical call to hospitality is primarily about keeping a perfectly pristine, grand, clean physical house to impress guests.

The Truth is_! God comes softly, hiding Himself in unnoticed moments and the people we're tempted to ignore.

Think about the last time a stranger interrupted your day. Maybe a tired voice at the door, someone needing directions, a quiet ask for help. 🤍

In our busy, hurried lives, we see those moments as interruptions. But heaven often disguises its greatest blessings in simplicity.
Love doesn't always show up loudly. Sometimes it quietly asks for a cup of water.

Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.

Imagine standing at the exact place where you failed the most — and instead of judgment, you're met with warm bread, a fire, and a gentle question: Do you love me? 🤍

That's what Jesus did for Peter. Three denials, three invitations. He didn't avoid Peter's failure — He rebuilt him right there, at the fire. By the same charcoal fire, He prepared a warm breakfast instead of condemnation.

Hospitality isn't about a picture-perfect home.
It's about a Jesus-centered space. 🤍

Here are the three pillars:

1. Radical Acceptance — Welcoming people just as Christ welcomed us — without judgment, labels, or hidden agendas. (Romans 15:7)
2. Generous Serving — Offering your time, food, and space cheerfully, without grumbling or expecting anything in return. (1 Peter 4:9)
3. Spiritual Attentiveness — Prioritizing deep connection and listening over being too busy with preparations. (Luke 10:41–42)

Imagine a man who just wanted a glimpse — so far down in the crowd he had to climb a tree to even try.
And then the impossible: Jesus stopped, looked up, and called him by name. 🤍

Zacchaeus climbed hoping to see Jesus. Jesus stopped because He already saw him.
One invitation. One meal. A life completely rerouted.

We all know Martha. The one who never stops serving. And honestly — sometimes that's us. Busy hands, running thoughts, a long list. 🤍

But Jesus gently turned the moment: "Mary has chosen what is better." Not because service is wrong — but because presence matters more than productivity.

Sometimes the holiest hospitality is simply sitting with Jesus.
