We checked out the Bad Bunnies event at and it was SO fun 🐰✨

Honestly, this is one of my favorite bars—they always slay with their themed cocktails and the drinks are consistently well made. We tried their bunny-themed specials 🫶🤤 and I’m already eyeing their spring menu… passion fruit + dragon fruit had me immediately.

If you’re looking for a fun spot to hang out or celebrate, this is it. They always have something going on:

✨ Karaoke every Thursday (7–10:30)
✨ Trivia every Sunday at 3
✨ New themed flight every week

They also just launched a new “Whenever, Wherever” beverage section 👀
These are nonalcoholic—but NOT mocktails. Think funky cold brew, Italian sodas, chocolate milk vibes. You can add a shot if you want, but they’re designed to be their own thing (perfect for daytime hangs).

Safe to say… I’ll be back 💃

Checked out in Tacoma for my girl’s birthday 🫶💖

What we tried:
• Chorizo & goat cheese dates🔥 (my fav)
• Vieiras y salsa romesco
• Stuffed mushrooms🔥
• Octopus
• sliders
• Seafood paella
• + a variety of other small plates

Cocktails were really good 🍸 and the space had a cool, artsy vibe with great lighting. The menu was a little bit overwhelming, but there’s lots of options.

Parking tip: street parking is limited, so plan for the paid lot across the street.

If you haven’t tried Colombian food yet… consider this your sign. 🇨🇴

I finally made it to and I’m officially obsessed. This spot is now at the top of my Tacoma recommendation list.

Not only is it giving full Colombiano pride, but literally every dish we ordered was amazing. We tried a variety of empanadas, the lechón was cooked perfectly, and the rice and beans had so much flavor.

I ordered the Bandeja Paisa, which came with a little bit of everything — steak, chorizo, plantain, rice and beans, lechón, fried egg, avocado, and of course their fire ají sauce. Altogether it was such a flavorful plate.

But the real star for me was the ají sauce — a cilantro-based, slightly spicy sauce kind of like chimichurri. I could honestly eat that with everything.

If you’re on South Tacoma Way and want something different, flavorful, and authentic… this place is it.

💖Add to your list! I’m not even being dramatic when I say I’d go back just for the truffle fried rice. Best I’ve ever had.

I have a real love-hate relationship with truffle because most places overdo it… but this was balanced. You could taste everything. It wasn’t trying too hard.

We also got the Black Truffle Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings and those are a must when you go. Period. If you’re already getting the fried rice, just commit to the truffle moment. No regrets.

The La Zi Ji Szechuan Mala 😋 that little buzzing, numbing spice on your tongue? One of my favorite flavor experiences. So good.

And the Typhoon Shelter Beef Short Ribs… crispy outside, fall-off-the-bone tender inside. But what really elevated it was the garlic, onion, and red chili peppers it was tossed in. That little crunch with the super tender meat? Yeah. That was it.

We tried a lot and honestly everything hit. Even the sweet-and-sour lychee pork surprised me — I’ve never had lychee in a savory dish like that and it actually worked.

And of course, soup dumplings are mandatory! Make sure you order the mixed basket and try them all!!

Definitely a go-back spot for me!

♥️Save this for your next date night!!!food in Renton is full date-night energy — low lighting, beautiful interior, music, and plates that actually live up to the vibe.🫰🌹

We came hungry, because Mexican Cuban fusion food?!. Everything was so delicious, but my absolute favorites were the jalapeño pork belly toast, Cochinita Pibil and the branzino! I also loved the fluffy fish tacos. They were so refreshing and light and they completely remind me of Indian tacos.♥️ I also have to mention that the plantains are🔥

📍15279 Maple Valley Hwy UNIT 100, Renton, WA 98058

What we ate🫶

🔥Croquetas con Mole – crispy plantain cakes with melty mozzarella over rich housemade mole.
🔥Jalapeño Pork Belly Toasts – pork belly, roasted pineapple, grilled jalapeño, fried plantain. Sweet, smoky, balanced.
🔥Cochinita Pibil wrapped in banana leaves with yellow rice + black beans.
🔥Aguachile de Ribeye (yes, ribeye) with serranos and onions.
🔥Flauta Pyramid stacked and loaded.
🔥Branzino Zarandeado cooked Guerrero-style and perfectly seasoned.
🔥 Fluffy fish tacos! Both grilled and fried

🥃🍹The cocktails lean smoky and bold — Burnt Orange Margarita, Mango Habañero, Coconut, Smoky Peach, plus a solid Mezcal Paloma. Not overly sweet. Just right!

They also have BRUNCH!! I really can’t wait to come back with all my girls for brunch and mimosas!♥️

New Pan Pacific menu at we tried a little bit of EVERYTHING 🥢

✨ Dim Sum Platter – har gow, BBQ pork buns, shu mai, sesame balls, custard buns + more… the perfect start.
✨ Lolo’s Lumpia – crispy, savory, and packed with flavor.
✨ Beef Lok Lak – tender, marinated beef with that bold lime + black pepper kick.
✨ Bibimbap – marinated beef, fresh veggies, sunny side egg over jasmine rice.
✨ Thai Crying Tiger – grilled beef with nam jeaw dipping sauce
✨ Crispy Rockfish

And don’t even think about skipping dessert — I 100% recommend the Ube (Taro) Three Ways and the Cassava Cake. Absolute favorites. 🙌🏽 The ube trio is such a fun mix of textures, and the warm cassava cake with ice cream? Elite.

24 hour Mexican food? Say less. 🌮🔥

I’ve been here three times — and twice were in the middle of the night after a night out… and let me tell you, that’s when it SLAPS the most. 😂

There’s just something about hot tacos at 1am that hits different. And the portions? HUGE. For such a good price too. 🙌🏽

Whether it’s a late-night craving or a daytime fix, this spot is open. 🌯✨

FYI: the drive-through is on the passenger side, so be prepared to reach if you don’t have a copilot. 😅

Worth the stretch. Every. Single. Time.
