Thus Helping To Stave Off A Downward Spiral Of Depression And Anxiety. Through Sponsorship From Community Members People Experiencing PTSD Can Have A Creative Experience In A Safe And Calming Environment To Help With Healing Their Minds Through The Process Of Creating Art. Each Person That Is Sponsored Will Receive A Two Hour Creative Experience That Includes Instruction, Supplies And Will Go Home With 10 X 10 Canvas In A Box To Carry Home And Dry In.
