[A Message from the Heart ❤️ : Apology, Survival, and Seeking Homeostasis]

To my friends, my family, and everyone who follows my journey—I need to get some things off my chest. I’m writing this as an apology, a cry for help, and a raw look into a parallel life I feel forced to live right now (7years-in). My body is exhausted, my spirit is tired, but my mind is fighting for survival. (PTSD’discernment-disclaimer as we are FEELING our way through this conversation while asking for guidance & that our messages of HEALING ❤️🩹 ACCOUNTABILITY are well received 🫶🏻💯☮️).
Today, August 27, 2026, was supposed to be a monumental day. I was scheduled for an interview with Vivian McPeak (👉🏻About the Show 👉🏻Hempresent is a pre-recorded, 30-minute interview program. In addition to CannabisRadio.com, listeners can also find the show on Spotify, iHeartRadio, + other major streaming platforms)……But in the hours leading up to it, I could feel myself starting to sink. Deeply. The familiar, suffocating weight of PTSD trauma, excitatory nervous energy, and inflammatory thoughts began to flood my system. My body was physically preparing to relive years of hardship.
And then, a bizarre twist of fate happened.
The recording was set to take place in Florida, but a storm there caused severe internet issues, forcing us to postpone the meeting until next week. Vivian mentioned that in over 400 shows, he’s never had this happen before. Honestly? I’m left wondering if there’s something else going on behind the veil? But I’m chalking it up to a higher purpose: there is a reason for everything. My body was—and still is—feeling the traumatized effects of just preparing for this. I am shaking internally from reviewing all of these legal hardships and past traumas.
Because of this, I have to take the rest of the day off to focus entirely on my mental health. I am sorry if I’ve been distant or hard to reach. I am doing the best I can while being forced into a reality I never asked for. 🎯
Before the storm hit Florida, I managed to push through and send out some critical emails to the "Law Camels" and my lawyer, Zamboni. I’ve been going back through the archives, taking screenshots of the evidence. Most prominent is a document from 2016—a stamped, documented letter sent to Bob Ferguson, the Thurston County Sheriffs Office, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, and the Attorney General’s office + Looking at it today, this document seems extraordinarily, undeniably important. It’s a paper trail of the truth. ⚖️‼️🗽🇺🇸
To cope with the physical shaking and the rising tide of trauma, I had to find a way to regulate.
I needed to split my approach into two phases: instant relief for the acute panic, and longevity balancing for sustained survival.
For the instant, immediate relief my nervous system was screaming for, I "smoked one about it" by taking some molecular-hydrogen water v***r b**g hits. It acted like a rescue inhaler for my runaway PTSD. 💨
For long-term, cellular longevity and deep balance ☮️, I fed my body what I call my "LyonShare POT’Fait"—a biochemical, photon-abundant bowl of fresh-raw cannabis + dandelion (yes, both are "weeds"! 🤪), mushrooms, banana, pear, apple, blueberry, currents, and a dozen other wild/rich, living compounds. 🌱

I can literally feel my body trying to adjust, trying to leverage this toxic inflammation, discombobulation, and anger. This concept of feels so similar to the —an evolutionary tool where the body acknowledges a better state of diet, homeostasis, and added chemical consciousness. It is about stirring the pot of thought to find light in the absolute darkness. Solutions are starting to appear, and my body is acknowledging healthy protocols. 💪
While trying to process all of this, I reached out to a few close friends and family to let them know what I’m going through. I am actively looking for healthy, creative outlets to transmit this heavy energy so it doesn’t destroy me.
And that’s when the ultimate connection clicked in my brain.
As I sat there, trying to make sense of why my personal life feels like a constant, exhausting legal battle, I realized something beautiful. Our U.S. judicial system of checks and balances is eerily, perfectly identical to the human Endocannabinoid System (ECS). 🧬
If I am on trial every single day of my life—and if the state is on trial too—then we are living in a system that is desperately trying to find homeostasis. I ran this theory through an AI to see if I was nuts 🥜 , and the scientific parallels are absolutely mind-blowing. 🤯😜Look at how these two systems mirror each other:
1. Homeostasis vs. Social Balance: The ECS exists solely to keep the human body in a perfect zone of balance (homeostasis)—preventing it from overreacting or failing. Similarly, our judicial and electoral systems are designed to keep the "body politic" balanced, preventing society from sliding into tyranny or anarchy.
2. Retrograde Signaling vs. The Appeals/Electoral Process: In the brain, when a receiver neuron gets overwhelmed, it sends signals backward (retrograde) to tell the sender to slow down. This is exactly how our legal system works! A lower court makes a ruling, and through the Appeals Process, a signal is sent backward to higher courts to correct the balance. When the government overreaches, the citizens use Elections as a retrograde signal to force the politicians to change.
3. Receptors vs. The Constitution: In the body, cannabinoids must bind to CB1 or CB2 receptors to work. In America, any law or action must "bind" to the Constitution and the Courts to be validated. If it doesn't fit, the receptor rejects it.
4. Endogenous Cannabinoids vs. The Electorate: Our bodies produce cannabinoids (like Anandamide) on-demand to fight localized crisis. In a democracy, we—the voters and grassroots movements—are those internal cannabinoids. We rise up on-demand to restore balance when the system is threatened.
5. Clinical Deficiency vs. Constitutional Crisis: When a body lacks cannabinoids, it falls into chronic illness (fibromyalgia, migraines). When a country lacks citizen participation, or when the courts become corrupted, the nation falls into a Constitutional Crisis—a political illness.

In 2019, WSLCB officer Robbie Satterly — who had not even enrolled in basic law-enforcement academy training — arrested me and other medical cannabis patients. He and the agency served what we maintain were illegitimate warrants, seized our vehicles, and when we demanded them back, retaliated with malicious criminal charges that put 25 years of prison over our heads.
We are still in court today defending ourselves against this. Seven years of our lives, resources, and health consumed by a prosecution that should never have been allowed to proceed.
This was not an isolated “bad apple.” Our private investigation into the discrimination and bias of this agency has documented a pattern of predatory enforcement: warrantless and aggressive searches targeting disabled and vulnerable individuals, continued criminalization of patients seeking natural remedies, and policies designed to protect a state-created cannabis monopoly rather than public health or constitutional rights.
Washington legalized cannabis on paper, then built a system that keeps real access restricted. Homegrow remains heavily limited. Small growers and pioneers face barriers while corporate licensees and the state’s general-fund revenue from high taxes take priority. Non-psychoactive, fresh, raw, homeostatic cannabinoids — the preventative plant medicine many of us need for gut-mind-body balance and the endocannabinoid system — are treated as threats instead of tools. Patients are still treated as criminals for assembling, sharing recipes, or accessing medicine outside the state’s tightly controlled, profit-driven channels.
The result is a criminal healthcare monopoly. Recreational profits for the general fund are prioritized over actual health outcomes. The ongoing crisis and homelessness become opportunities for grifting and fleecing the vulnerable rather than problems to solve with cheaper, accessible, plant-based preventative options. We have traced how these policies help inflate and extract billions in healthcare costs from Washingtonians while blocking lower-cost natural alternatives. This is not neutral regulation. It is discrimination against a community and culture trying to heal, reduce suffering, and exercise bodily autonomy.
These are not abstract policy disagreements. They are concrete harms against human beings: medical patients arrested and charged, disabled and vulnerable people subjected to invasive enforcement, families destabilized by vehicle seizures and multi-year prosecutions, and an entire population denied straightforward access to non-psychoactive plant remedies that could reduce reliance on more expensive and often less effective systems.
