When I was in labor, was going through all the supply cabinets in my hospital room because she is a natural born troll and wanted to annoy me (it keeps her entertained).
Well, it worked. I was annoyed and about to kick her out if she wouldn’t stop and that’s when my water broke. We were actually all shocked when it happened—and thank the Lordy that was serious enough to make her behave!
I used to think my water broke because I was irritated, and Christine of course takes credit for finally getting things moving along (the nurses hyped her up a little too much). Fast forward to today, I now know that Savvy girl wanted out so she could be bad with her Auntie.
They love to be bad together. It’s horrid! Savvy is obsessed with being bad already, but when Aunties around, she is bad bad! I gave Savvy the middle name, ‘Christine’, so I think I cursed myself.
Now they both just love to torture each other, but more importantly me.
I deserve a survival badge for all these years I’ve put up with this ho! 😤
Happy 40th Birthday ya old lady! 🦕🎈🎉 This evening you can put some sugar on your hot sauce, maybe share a logging camp story, double-check your height with an actual measuring tape, dance it out (David will never leave you hanging, he’s there in spirit), teach Savvy something GOOD for once, and finally—come in last place on the annual family gingerbread competition. 😇
