What kind of companies and ameneties would you like to see up and down this corridor?

$31 million is being invested in public infrastructure along Monroe Street to improve one of the major entryways to Tallahassee.

The City of Tallahassee has voted to begin foreclosure proceedings on the long paused Washington Square development downtown. What do you hope to see on this important parcel should a new owner take it over?

Washington Square has met its end as the city commission unanimously moves forward with allowing city attorneys to foreclose the property.

Collegetown is one of Tallahassee’s top walkable entertainment destinations and a new proposal is aimed at increasing pedestrian safety there. Matt Thompson, owner of popular hospitallity offerings Madison Social and Township, supports turning a portion of Madison Street into a pedestrian only area. Would you like to see more pedestrian safety measures in the area? The issue may be up for consideration by the City Commission soon!

In an attempt to make the area safer, Thompson will be going before the city commission May 14 to make the case for closing Madison Street.
