Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) Publishing is an independent publisher that publishes and sells books in the greater Tallahassee, FL, area. Southern Yellow Pine Publishing is always looking for new, debut authors of fiction and nonfiction books pertaining to regional culture, southern history, or genealogy. You can even find rare and signed copies of Pete Gerrell's works in our catalog. We are an independent publisher that publishes and sells, books and e-books on a wide range of subjects based on the southern region of the United States. Subjects include naval stores, logging, and local histories of a county or city. You’ll find masterpieces such as the suspenseful, “Danger in Blackwater Swamp”, written by Saundra Kelley, as well as historical books including “In Search of The Diamond Brooch”. At Southern Yellow Pine Publishing, we are expanding our library of fiction works. We are currently seeking submissions for novels tackling the subjects of rural lifestyles and the unique and cultural aspects of the southern region.
