☑️ Did I use a trending audio?
☑️ Did I engage for 30 mins before posting?
☑️ Did I add the right hashtags?

Yes, those are some good guidelines. And they can be helpful! But at the end of the day, those aren’t the details that lead to real results.

Here’s the thing. Every brand we partner with gets a unique social media management package that is curated to their brand, which means the ‘standard’ will look different client to client (for example, e-commerce brands will need a much different offering than a personal brand!)

a question I ALWAYS get asked is “how often should I post on Instagram?” (especially if you have big goals and an even bigger to-do list 🫠) And my honest answer has been the same since I started Bound Social back in 2022... ⬇️

(*if you want advice specific to you, my answer would vary person-to-person and business-to-business)

But if I had to give everyone a general rule of thumb — I recommend as 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣 as you can 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 post, while still sharing 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 content (!!!)

Consistency is extraaaa important here!

❌ Posting 5 times this week and 1 time next week
✅ Posting 3 times this week and 3 times next week

📌 A consistent posting schedule helps you become a part of your followers routine.
Which builds trust.
Which builds community.
Which builds a profitable audience.

So if you’re posting 7 days a week, every week — hats off to you 🫡 But just wanted to remind the rest of you guys that slow and steady can still win the race, if you have the right content strategy! 🐢

It feels like everyday there’s a new feature being rolled out on Instagram lately 🫡

📌 I was excited about saving IG drafts from Edits, but only because I wanted to be able to duplicate them and post them as a trial reels (which you still cannot do 😐)

📌 The carousel like counts will be interesting! I’ll never complain about META giving us access to more data and analytics, but none of my account have this feature yet 👩🏽‍💻

📌 The new handwritten font? All I’m going to say is should have let me take a swing at it 🫣
