If you’re on a weight loss journey, this is for you. 🫶🏻

I used to eat soooo much tuna salad, and I used the healthy mayo too! I had no idea that the mayo and extra virgin olive oil was adding so much unnecessary fat. 😳

When you’re trying to lose fat, there’s a threshold for the amount of good fats that you should eat. I was surpassing it and didn’t even know it.

Ditching the oil and swapping the mayo for nonfat yogurt is saving me 25g of fat and giving me 5g extra of protein. 🤯

Amazon doesn’t have this exact one but if you take a screenshot and use that to search within Amazon, you will see similar ones. I can think of so many other uses for this charging station. In case you’re wondering, it’s not rechargeable. Sometimes you can’t have everything. 😆

We hit a 90-day milestone. 💪🏻

This I’m sure of: nothing changes if we don’t change. Healthy habits are making all the difference! We follow the 80/20 rule — 80% is healthy and intentional but we are allowing ourselves to enjoy treats! 🥳

The Weight Watchers app has been instrumental in helping us stay on track with our goals.
