Turning this desk into a makeup vanity so I don’t have to sit on the floor anymore 💁‍♀️

Here’s how I brought this piece back to life with a little help from ✨

• Scuff sanded the entire desk with a 220 grit
• Applied Valspar’s Stainblocking Bonding Primer & Sealer to prep the desk for paint.
• Made a few quick repairs after priming, the damages are easier to see this way!
• Applied Valspar’s Cabinet & Furniture Oil-Enriched Enamel paint in the color Cameo Pink 1006-8A for a smooth and durable factory-like finish.
• Used Valspar rollers and brushes to apply both the paint and primer.
• Cleaned and reused the original hardware for the final product.

With just a little bit of time and the right products, any worn and outdated furniture piece can look new again! This paint dries so smooth and I love the durability of it!

Hanging heavy book art made easy!
The stud finder was essential for make sure wall decor is installed securely. 🛠️

I can easily locate studs to safely install heavy art without the fear of it falling down. I just love how easy it is to find studs with this tool! 🙌
