Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp seasoned salt
4 slices provolone cheese
4 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until nearly done. Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, and seasoned salt. Cook until beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
Drain excess grease and transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Tear provolone cheese into pieces and spread over beef mixture.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 oz) canned salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:
Drain and flake the salmon with a fork.
In a bowl, mix salmon, onion, cornmeal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg until well combined.
Shape mixture into patties.
Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.

2 tbsp butter

1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into four patties.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced onion and garlic until golden and fragrant.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place patties in the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Directions:
Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika over the chicken breasts and place them in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together water, chicken gravy packets, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, covering it completely.

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (approx. 38 crackers)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling

Directions:
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in sour cream until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk cold milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in whipped topping.
Combine crushed crackers with melted butter in another bowl.
In a 2 1/2-quart trifle bowl, layer half of the cream cheese mixture, then half of the cracker mixture, topped with strawberry pie filling. Repeat layers.

Ingredients:
12 oz canned pink salmon, drained and flaked
2 large eggs
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
2 Tbsp cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Texas Pete hot sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 slice white bread, crumbled
1/4 cup flour (adjust as needed)

Directions:
Drain salmon and remove any bones. Flake with a fork.
In a large bowl, mix flaked salmon, eggs, onions, bell peppers, cornmeal, salt, garlic powder, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
Fold in crumbled bread. If mixture is too wet, add flour gradually until desired consistency is reached.
Shape mixture into four patties.
Heat oil or shortening in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4–5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels briefly before serving.
Serve warm on their own or in a bun with favorite toppings.

Ingredients:
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, juice included
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (16 oz) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans and line with wax paper.
In a bowl, combine cake mix, Wesson oil, mandarin oranges (with juice), sugar, and eggs. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Drain crushed pineapple and set aside juice. In a bowl, mix pineapple with instant vanilla pudding.
Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip or whipped cream

1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:
Melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press into a 9x13 inch pan.
Whip remaining butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and salt until smooth. Spread over the crust.
Slice bananas and layer over the cream cheese. Top with crushed pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple layer. Sprinkle chopped pecans and top with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight before serving.

Directions:

Spread a layer of whipped cream over the crackers.

Directions:
