This summer I spent 10 weeks interning at Citigroup here in Tampa, Fl. Human resources has always been an interest of mine. There was something magical about the idea of nurturing connections that not only empower hearts, but also fuel the spirit of an entire organization. 👩🏽‍💻

I’m fully in a season of collaboration which leads me to announcing my newest creative project 🤎✨

Last night, I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with the Social Matters Organization in Jackson Heights, collaborating with the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation and Career Source Tampa Bay. Together, we hosted a remarkable event that brought awareness to social issues and provided professional and personal development coaching. 🤝🩵

This special gathering was hosted by Anastasia Dye, and dedicated to our inspiring youth aged 16-18, aiming to empower them and help change the trajectory of their lives. Guided by the remarkable Leondra Foster the event focused on creating their own "blueprint" for success. 🚀

The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and optimism as these young individuals eagerly absorbed the valuable knowledge and advice shared by Leondra. It was truly a night of transformation, where dreams were nurtured and ambitions were kindled. 🌞✨

By collaborating with the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation and CareerSource Florida — Tampa Bay, we were able to offer this event completely free of charge, ensuring that financial barriers did not hinder any aspiring youth from attending and benefiting from this extraordinary experience. 🆓🫶🏽

Volunteering with the Social Matters Organization has been an incredibly rewarding journey. Witnessing the impact we can make in the lives of these talented young individuals fills me with immense joy and gratitude. Together, we are working towards creating a brighter, more inclusive future for all. 🌍💙

If you're passionate about bringing awareness to social issues and providing aid to underserved communities, I highly recommend getting involved with the Social Matters Organization. Together, we can make a difference and empower those in need. 🙌✨

Exciting news! Yesterday, I had the privilege of presenting my research at the University of Tampa's College of Social Sciences, Mathematics, and Education Research Symposium. This semester, I collaborated with an amazing team for a research project assigned by our professor for a consumer psychology class. Our project, "Does the Packaging Color Matter?", delved into the impact of water bottle packaging color on consumer perception of the price, ethical sourcing, environmental friendliness, use of recycled materials, and refreshing qualities. It was an enlightening experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have shared our findings!

I've learned that there's one secret to social media marketing that many businesses overlook: it's not just about the number of followers you have. ☆

Instead, what really matters is engagement. Engagement is a much better indicator of the success of your social media strategy, as it shows that people are not only seeing your content, but they're also actively engaging with it and potentially becoming loyal customers. 🤍

So, my secret to social media marketing is to focus less on building a huge following and more on creating engaging content that resonates with your target audience. 💫

It also means taking the time to interact with your followers and build relationships with them. Responding to comments, sharing user-generated content, and running interactive campaigns are all great ways to boost engagement and build a loyal following. ✨

Personally, I spend a lot of my time engaging in DMs by just chatting and building real relationships with people in my space. The people you meet on social media can be some of the most amazing people you’ve ever met! 🌞
