Now Everybody Is Upset And Rightfully So.
Nurses HAVE EVERY RIGHT To Be Mad And Upset.
They ARE Professionals. They Save Lives. They Deserve The Title And The Respect.
But Let’s Be REAL For One Second…
CNAs Been Feeling That SAME Disrespect For YEARS….People Have Tried To Downplay Our Role And Ignore Our Expertise.They Act Like We Just Show Up And Do “Basic Tasks”Instead Of Being The Backbone Of Patient Care.We’ve Been Complaining For YEARS About The Lack Of Respect.We’ve Been Screaming For Help.
We’ve Been Telling Folks That We Deserve Better.
And Instead Of Listening People Laughed, Dismissed Us, And Talked Down On Us.
This Situation Is A Wake Up Call…
It’s Not Just CNAs Who Get Undervalued
The Whole System Will Eventually Try To Minimize EVERYONE.
And Just Like Us CNAs Had To Remind Ourselves Who We Are …Nurses, Remember Who YOU Are Too.You EARNED Your Spot.Don’t Let This System Make You Forget Your Worth.Because The Truth Is Healthcare WOULD NOT Function Without Any Of Us.Doctors. Nurses. CNAs. HHAs. PCAs. Techs. Therapists.
