Let’s visit the MVP discussion again. Cal struggling with 6 hits and 7 RBIs. Mariners 4-8. Judge “struggling” with 7 hits and 9 RBIs. Marginal difference yet the Yanks are 8-2. Remind me again who means more to their team?

I was a big believer in K9 being better as a bell cow back. Until I broke down the numbers. Granted, his higher carries came in the playoffs against the better teams, but the productivity is pretty interesting. Walker will now face a run defenses in the AFC west that is similar - one elite, one middle and one bottom tier (if the trend continues into 2027). When you adjust his stats against defensive ranking he is slightly higher than the average back against the same defenses.

These are your highest paid QBs with a combined 69 seasons of service. As a group they have won 30 playoff games and appeared in 2 Super Bowls, with 0 SB victories. We saw the same thing in Seattle the moment Russ got a big payday. Teams just don’t have enough to build around them and a QB can’t block, play defense and catch passes too. I think the new strategy is to continue flipping over rosters and avoid getting too locked up on one player. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Theres always that hidden talent on a rookie contract ready to step up. We see it every year …

Makes my blood boil that clowns like this get 3 million followers while legit pages like this can’t even get 500 for genuine content. Guess I need to start generating fake stories and come up with conspiracy theories …

I’m tired of hearing the rams gave the game away with the muffed punt. This game would have been a blowout if not for two critical errors by the Hawks.

Play 1: the first muffed punt. The gunner ran past the guy who fair caught the ball. Critical mistake. You always break down 2-3 yards in front of the return man. This puts you in position to recover the ball regardless of where it bounces. In this case it would have bounced right to him, giving the Hawks the ball inside the 15.

Play 2: the 3rd and 12 where Riq had the dumbest penalty ever. Instead of forcing a punt, Rams scored 1 play later.

If you factor these two boneheaded moves into the game outcome that’s a potential 21 point swing.

So yeah, Rams didn’t give the game away, Seattle let them stay in it…

People forget Seattle hasn’t always been on the NFC. They are playing in their 5th attempt to reach the SB and as of now, have won 3 of 4. All 3 at home.
