Hi November, you’ve snuck up on us. I recognize we have all been thru so much the past two years (feels like). I welcome this season of Thanksgiving, other holidays and year end which brings a new chapter.
If you’re reading this and feel overwhelmed, worried and your heart isn’t currently at peace; read this to yourself:

* I have the ability to overcome any challenges that life brings me.
* I am centered, peaceful and grounded.
* I accept setbacks as part of learning.
* I have the power to create change.

What did you share with someone today???
Sharing is caring. We only have one tablet for the girls because it limits their screen time (they HAVE to share) it helps them develop their skill of having to talk things out among themselves because they have to choose a show they BOTH can watch, but with the EasyGrab Tablet Case and Multi-Use Case Stand it’s easy for them to both enjoy due to the multiple hands-free viewing angles and convenient carrying on the go.

15 days since our Grandma left us and it still doesn’t feel real. I listen to the saved voicemails almost daily now, it’s become part of my routine. It brings me so much comfort to have that little piece of her. How brilliant is she to have left us all those gifts, she knew we would need them.
I really don’t know how people are able to heal from the loss of a child, a partner or a parent because I just can’t stop thinking of the what if’s. What if she went to the hospital sooner? What if she was at a better hospital? What if we were able to be with her at her bedside instead of her being alone due to Covid restrictions?
I know that healing is taking mini steps daily and often times going several steps back. We were blessed to have her for so many years but I can’t help to be selfish and want her for many more. For me and for my kids and their kids.

Hot Mom Summer has entered the chat 😆
Just want to remind you that it’s taken me a long ass time to feel comfortable with my “mom bod” and this didn’t happen overnight. I receive so many messages in my DM’s such as “I wish I had your confidence” “I don’t even look like that with two kids, you look great for having five”.
Let’s end this narrative that our kids ruin our bodies- remember our kids are always listening! Instead speak positivity into our new bodies. This body has helped me birth five amazing people, has helped me work HARD. This body has supported me during some challenging moments in life, so I love every imperfection everyday and THIS is why I’m able to share a bathing suit pic publicly and I hope you can too!
