This weekend Spirit gave me a lesson I didn’t know I was ready for.
Not through a ceremony or a ritual…
but through a moment of discomfort, reflection, and deep honesty.
I realized how easily my intuition feels the energy around me — sometimes so strongly that my body responds before my mind understands.
Old wounds rise.
Old patterns whisper.
The nervous system remembers.
But this time… something shifted.
Instead of collapsing, I stayed present.
Instead of abandoning myself, I breathed deeper.
Instead of taking on emotions that weren’t mine, I listened inward.
And instead of shutting down, I learned to hold space for both the other person and my own heart.
This is the work:
✨ learning to recognize what energy is ours
✨ learning to release what isn’t
✨ learning to speak our truth with softness
✨ learning to receive feedback without losing our center
✨ learning to let relationships be mirrors, not wounds
We are all walking each other home…
each with our own nervous systems, our own histories, our own sensitivities, our own sacred lessons.
And sometimes the most powerful medicine arrives disguised as a trigger, a miscommunication, or a moment that asks us to rise above our old selves.
I’m grateful for the clarity.
I’m grateful for the growth.
And I’m grateful for every soul who teaches me more about who I am becoming.
Here’s to choosing awareness over reaction, compassion over fear, and truth over protection.
Here’s to holding space for ourselves — gently, bravely, and with an open heart.
