Speaker Talks 2021 was one of the most remarkable events I have attended so far. It takes guts to stand in front of an audience and deliver a compelling speech, even if you have done it many times. Congratulations to the winner of the "The Best Speaker in Tampa" award, John Browning MBA CSA.
Anjan Kasi's speech took second place, and it was inspiring to say the least.
Preparing for this competition brought me back to reconnect with my "Purpose," my "Why," and the decisive reason why I own my own Medicare Brokerage Firm.
When I was preparing for my license over 15 years ago and read the Medicare & You Book cover to cover, I realized how overwhelming all this information was and understood, "no wonder" people get so frustrated when selecting a Medicare Plan.
I quickly concluded that "Simplifying Health Care Solutions for people was my calling," my why, my purpose.
My "Storityzing" (Steve Sapato Trademark) takes the audience from my early childhood experience to moving to the fantastic United States of America.
My closing statement was: I often describe myself as an Ecuadorian by Birth, Hispanic by Heritage, and American by choice. "Clarity gives you Power."
I choose to embrace the American Values of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
I live my Happy "American Dream" daily, leading the Agency, making a positive impact in my community, and leaving a legacy for future generations to come.
Preparing for a secure Healthcare decision is your Job; taming the "Medicare Beast" is mine. I am the Medicare Matchmaker.
The audience jumped off their seats and clapped with excitement and inspiration.
