15-year-old Frances Staudt was charged with bullying, harassment, intimidation, and “misgendering” after she refused to play basketball against an 18-year-old male student who identifies as female.

She told her coach she did not feel comfortable participating because a male was playing on the opposing girls’ team.

Now a teenage girl is being treated like she did something wrong for standing up for fair competition and her own safety.

Girls should not be punished, intimidated, or dragged through a process for saying they do not want to compete against biological males in female sports.

This is exactly why parents are speaking out.

Manchin Drops Bombshell: Biden's White House Was Run by Batsh*t Crazy Radicals

Joe Manchin didn't hold back in a recent interview, exposing exactly how far left Joe Biden was dragged by his own staff. The moderate Democrat laid it out plain: Ron Klain and the crew pushed Biden into extreme territory from day one.

"Oh no, Ron, I'm going to be honest with you. Ron Klain, okay? Smart guy, good guy and everything, but he'd gone so far to the left and he pushed Joe left," Manchin said. "Because I kept telling him, when I first went over to the White House, I said, Mr. President, I says, you have the most liberal staff that I've ever seen. First time I went over. And he said, well Joe, they tell me I have the most diversified staff. I said, we're not talking about diversity, sir. We're talking about batsh*t crazy."

Manchin continued, ripping the hires as hardcore leftists he had known for years. "We're talking about people I've known, I've worked with in the hallway forever, and I know where they came and where they worked before. These are people real far left. And Ron put that team together. And I know that because I kept saying, your staff is pushing you too far left, Mr. President. You've never been that far left."

Even as he called Biden a "good man" he always got along with, Manchin rejected the idea that the former president simply lost his fight. The real problem was the radical echo chamber surrounding him, steering policy off the deep end and leaving everyday Americans to pay the price in inflation, open borders, and cultural insanity. Manchin's account confirms what conservatives warned about all along: Biden wasn't driving the car. The far-left staff was.
