And we are super stoked to have a 4 minute animated collection of student made projects on saturday morning. So come on out and support all the High School Filmmakers including our very own from Taos High School in the Dual Credit UNM Taos Animation classes.

Tomorrow comes the next annual installment of the Denver 48 hour film fest. This year we've got a kick ass team joining the Denver team including Dustin Sweet Jennifer Jordan and Karina Weeks. Friday at 6pm our team captain goes to choose a genre out of a hat at a Denver drinking establishment. We then have a big group dinner and create our story into the wee hours of the night and start shooting on saturday morning. Sunday by 6 pm we, along with 50 other teams, submit our final 6 minute film to the same Denver bar. Last year cracked me up as teams were literally racing up at the last second, diving over the fence with thumb drive in hand or even laptops still rendering..Somehow we managed to get there 30 minutes early.
Our genre last year was Dark Comedy and this is what we spun out of it... "Blood Smoothie"
