We were honored to welcome Senator Martin Heinrich to DreamTree’s NEST Crisis Shelter.

Catherine Hummel, Executive Director, Steven Serrano, Director of Adult Services, and Kierstin King, Crisis Shelter Program Manager, gave Senator Heinrich a tour of the space and shared more about how NEST supports adults experiencing homelessness and housing instability across northern New Mexico.

We appreciate the Senator taking the time to see the work firsthand, hear from our team, and continue supporting DreamTree and the people we serve.

It could be drawn made of flowers. Old-timey or futuristic. Collage it, sculpt it, draw or paint it!

There’s still time to enter the Gorge Bridge Art Contest! You’ve got a few more weeks to create, submit, and make your voice heard through art.

Grab your paints, pencils, popsicle sticks, clay or whatever your medium is and get creating.
