In 1992 we started a commercial Janitorial Service in the suburbs of Chicago Illinois. The company showed ongoing steady growth due to excellent employees, a fantastic customer base and a commitment to honesty, hard work, quality and loyalty. The company offered many in house services which included carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning. Because of our commitment to our clients, we chose to not sub-contact this work (like many janitorial firms do) and keep in in-house so we could ultimately control all aspects of the process. Ultimately this was a great decision because it kept our clients very happy and our skills sharp. In January 2016 the business was sold and we had the opportunity to switch gears and start another exciting endeavor. We decided to relocate to Pinellas County Florida and start a carpet cleaning company, taking advantage of our vast knowledge and love of this great industry. It is very exciting for us to continue our tradition of family values, honesty and hard work with Steam Boss Inc.

Here is another great use of color seal on these two small bathrooms. Even after cleaning and removing the soil the grout itself was discolored in some areas causing an unpleasant look.
