Here's a 25-minute stair climber workout to try:​

🟣 Warm up by doing your base pace for 3 minutes (your base pace is a speed you could do for an extended time)​

🟣 Increase the speed by 1 mph every minute until you reach 13 minutes elapsed​

🟣 Then, reduce the speed by 1 mph each minute until you reach 23 minutes elapsed​

🟣 Maintain this pace for the final 3 minutes​

Don't forget to cool down with stretches, foam rolling or even a light walk at a slow pace. You've got this!

Today marks 5 years cancer free for Jim, member of Anytime Fitness Cedarburg, WI! We’re celebrating every step of the journey that got him here. 💜

In 2020, he joined Anytime Fitness to get stronger and lose a little weight. Just five weeks later, he received a stage 4 melanoma diagnosis. His oncologist’s advice? Don’t stop moving.

Jim kept showing up to his workouts, to his treatments, and to every challenge that came next. He built strength in the gym while his body fought the cancer and today he says, “movement and exercise are so much more important when you get a little older and can even save your life.”

Jim, your resilience inspires us all. To the Cedarburg Anytime Fitness community, thank you for being part of his story. 💪
