Friends over for lunch beginning of the week
but posting now. Started with a Mango sparkling wine brought by one of the ladies. Starters were Feta and phyllo triangles, spinach and Feta phyllo rolls and roasted mini peppers with a balsamic drizzle. Entree, I made a Szechuan rub breast of duck with a Port and burgundy gooseberry wine sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. Ahh yes, dessert— key lime pie with an orange cream. Me’❤️Agape , Chefs 💕🌴

Dinner guests tonight. I served fresh made sourdough bread with herbed dipping evoo. Garden salad with creamy Cesar dressing. The entree—Malfetti, little pouches of ricotta gnocchi swimming in a chicken wine broth with roasted tomatoes, spinach and basil leaves. Of course homemade ricotta is a must. Today was sourdough bread day. A sourdough boule and 2 long loaves of sourdough-rye. Plus for dinner , lamb shoulder and string bean stew with red wine, tomato, onion, celery, carrots, potato, lemon, fresh herbs and a touch of cinnamon. Mmm mmm good. Me’💕Agape’ Chefs. 💕🌴

Good morning, Chefs. Breakfast burritos are fun, delicious and fast . Your homemade taco shells come out of the fridge . Egg scramble, little bit of cheese, a line of salsa, pop the taco shell in the toaster and Voila!! Coffee, and spicy hot V8 to go with. I started my day. Hope yours is great.💕🌴😎

Tonight, felt like Mexican cuisine so I made thin taco shells with Masa—so good. Chipotle seasoned beef with jalapeño heat, corn and cilantro. Topped with chopped cabbage salad, my salsa ( which I also add tomatillos and ginger to), cheddar and a dollop of sour cream and a few black olives. A corona with ice— not a beer fan but sometimes the meal calls for it. I cook my corn on the cob in my meat mixture as it sweetens and calms the intense heat. Enjoyed cooking this fun dinner. Every layer has your tastebuds screaming for more, please. See you all tomorrow. Me’❤️Agape’, Chefs💕🌴🍻

This morning, for Sunday brunch I made my New York style everything seasoned Bagels. Philadelphia cream cheese a must, plus Florida sweet, onion, capers, roasted tomatoes, cucumber, couple drops of fresh lemon and dill. 😋😋 And brunch isn’t brunch without a Mimosa. Have a beautiful Sunday, Chefs, and a very happy Memorial Day weekend. 🇺🇸💕🌴

This morning I wanted an extra ordinary omelette. Made a one-egg fresh asparagus, mushrooms, Feta and roasted cherry tomatoes accompanied with my toasted and buttered sourdough and strawberry- port wine preserves. Black coffee a must. Enjoy your beautiful day. Me’❤️Agape’, Chefs💕🌴☕️
