We get a lot of wildlife here! But very cool that she felt safe enough to nurse in our backyard! ❤️ She was a little on the thin side but she had a nice sleek, summer coat!

🐐✨ Goat Yoga + Sound Bath ✨🌿

There’s something really special about slowing down outside in the summertime...tea in your hands, soft grass under your mat, baby goats wandering around asking for cuddles while calming sound bowls play in the background!

Our goat yoga + sound bath event is back! Join us on 6/13 from 10:30am-12pm in Tecumseh at K & T Acres for a peaceful morning of gentle movement, laughter, and connection.

We’ll start with tea + goat snuggles before easing into a beginner-friendly outdoor yoga flow led by Carrie from Inner Beauty Yoga , alongside a grounding sound bath by Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime
No yoga experience needed at all. Kids 10+ are welcome with an adult.

There will also be homemade goat soap + tea available to purchase after class.
