I remember not too long ago, a City of Menifee resident was complaining about this particular street name change popping up near their house. Hopefully it’s a honest mistake by a public worker or their work order. It’s located one block east of Murrieta Rd @ Lazy Creek.

Join the fun at the 2025 Presidents’ Day Parade!

Supervisor V. Manuel Perez invites the community to celebrate at the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival in Indio. This year’s parade will showcase local talent, community groups, and excitement for the whole family.

“The parade is part of our upbringing and part of our history,” said Riverside County Board Chair and Fourth District Supervisor V. Manuel Perez. “We need to keep the traditions, while continuing to get creative and bring new ideas to build on what we’ve accomplished over the past 77 years of the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival.”

Parade Highlights: 🚒 Grand Marshal: Riverside County Fire Department / CAL FIRE 🎺 Enjoy performances by local leaders, marching bands, equestrian groups, cheerleaders, dance teams, and more!

🕘 Parade Start: 9:00 AM

🏆 Awards Ceremony: 2:00 PM at the Celebration Stage
