Well its official I need to buy some new clothes. Kyle and I went out for our 10 year anniversary tonight and I had to steal his large flannel. After losing 27 pounds since July I have not one item that actually fits anymore.

I honestly can't believe I've gone from 2/3xl shirts to a large. I honestly haven't been this small since 8th grade. I dont even know where to shop. I've shopped plus size stores for almost 30 years.

✨ Progress Update ✨

On July 2nd I started at 198.8. I didn’t take pictures that day (wish I had!), but I’ve been tracking ever since. Today I’m at 176.2 — that’s 22.6 potatoes lighter 🥔➡️🥔 💪

But the scale isn’t the only win:

Inches lost so far:
✨ Chest –8.19"
✨ Waist –7.98"
✨ Abdomen –6.46"
✨ Hips –5.48"

I can feel the difference in my clothes, my energy, and my confidence. The journey isn’t over, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come in just a couple of months.

Yes, I’m on 💉 — but it’s not magic. It’s consistency, movement, and mindful choices that are making the biggest difference.

Here’s to stronger days ahead, more walks, more movement, and more non-scale wins. ✨

The second mile is officially the fastest mile of my life 💪☕
17:44. At 16 years old in high school, it took me 30 minutes to walk a mile. Today, I crushed one in nearly half the time — and with a weighted vest on.

This journey isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. Every step I take now is proof that I’m bound to balance.

Good morning and happy Friday!

I'm focused on manifesting positive changes for my health and future. No more excuses about not losing weight or lacking time or energy. After losing 90+ pounds and keeping it off for over a year, I’m now committed to becoming my healthiest self.

A shift in mindset has made a big difference, and I’m down 5 pounds since Sunday!

I can't believe that in 45 days, I will be 45, and in 31 days, I'll be seeing Blake Shelton. I'm so very excited for Blake.

Good morning! Day 2 of walking. So, I didn't want to do this today. Living with an autoimmune disorder, especially one that causes flare-ups, isn't easy. As you can see in my pic, I have a rash starting on my neck, and my left eye is a bit puffy and discoloration around it. These are the first two areas that always react to a flareup along with inflammation throughout my body. While I didn't want to walk, I know exercise is one of the things that will help with these flareups, so I pushed through. Will I move slower today, you bet. But that's okay. I also lost one pound from yesterday.

Yesterday's trip to San Diego to see the surgeon was rough, so I'm getting all the cat loving today. Thor is not too sure about sharing his mama.

Last 3 nights of sleep or more like last 3 nights of no sleep. It's officially day 8 of clavicle and ac joint reconstruction surgery and this lack of sleep at night is really catching up with me. I'll for sure be taking a nap but I woild love to sleep more than a few hours a night.
