I think one of the most underutilized life hacks is to get dressed up. I remember this day exactly - I was in Vegas, I was in a bit of a rut because there were some issues happening with someone I was dating. I had the most annoying day - I had planned to go to Vegas to unwind and get a change of scenery but instead I just found myself one on one with the maniac in my head without any of my usual distractions. I’m not a gambler or a drinker so I just spent the day trying to ignore that voice. I was heading to dinner with a friend and was planning on wearing a bush outfit and a hat, I didn’t feel up to getting ready. But after I showered I figured I’d just do some light makeup, then I ended up doing my makeup properly. Since my makeup was done I figured I might as well do my hair. After that was done it seemed silly not to put on a nice outfit since the other stuff was done. After dinner I couldn’t even remember the day. It was just a normal dinner, quiet place, nothing magical happened, but something about getting dressed up radically changed my state. I came out of that weekend with a clear head, a better relationship with the ‘maniac’ in my head that was really just trying to get me to see the reality of the relationship I was choosing to be in and a renowned sense of what I wanted in my life. Change your scenery. Get dressed up. You’re cuter than you give yourself credit for and you’re worth dressing up for 😘

PS - I obviously wrote this for the girls, I doubt the guys will even read the caption 😉👊
