Is not easy.
But along the journey it is shifting from trauma to trust. Survival to surrender and learning to love God honestly and then deeply.

and a lil stronger
than before.

This morning felt heavy.

There was uncertainty.
There were things I couldn’t control.

I thought about journaling… but I wasn’t ready yet.

So I didn’t force it.

I laid there.
I let the thoughts come.
I let the emotions settle without ignoring them.

And when I was ready.
I wrote.

What I put on the page becomes what I’m finally willing to face.
