✨ Today is my birthday, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude and reflection. ✨

All my life, I’ve been a creator, an artist at heart. I’ve built spaces of beauty, I’ve given others places to gather, to celebrate, to hold memories that last forever. Creating for others has always been my greatest gift and my greatest joy.

But this year, something shifted. For the first time, I also chose to create myself. I turned inward, gave myself permission to heal, to love myself more, to have more me time…to offer others somthing I have been craving for—PEACE, so I became certified as a Sound Healer — not just because Sound Healing is beautiful, but because it first healed me in ways I cannot explain.🙏🏼

This journey has been magical. It has taught me that while I still long to give to others, to hold them in love, and to make them feel safe and seen — I can now do it in a different, sacred way. A way that nourishes not only their souls, but mine too.

So today, I thank God for another year of life, for the health to walk this path, for the people I love, and for the balance of serving others while also embracing myself. 🌸🙏🏼

Here’s to another year of creating, healing, and loving with art, with sound, and with all of my heart. ❤️ 🥂✨🫶🏻
