🚨 : U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force launches statewide search for murder suspect who allegedly cut off ankle monitor weeks before deadly Forney shooting
The U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force is intensifying its search for 19-year-old Mysiah Clark, who is wanted in connection with the Sunday murder of 22-year-old Erma Qualls inside her Forney home.
According to authorities, Clark was already out on bond in a separate Dallas murder case when he allegedly cut off his court-ordered ankle monitor on July 2, 2026. His bond was revoked, and he has been wanted since then.
Just 24 days later, investigators named Clark as a suspect in the fatal shooting of Erma Qualls, who was killed inside her home while a child was present, according to police.
Clark had originally been released on a $100,000 bond in October 2025 after being charged in the 2025 murder of Charles Robinson Jr. on Bagley Ridge Road in the Oak Cliff neighborhood in Dallas. Court records indicate Clark had no prior criminal history before that case.
Authorities are urging anyone who knows Clark's whereabouts not to approach him and to immediately contact 911 or the U.S. Marshals Service.
Clark is charged in the Dallas case and is a suspect in the Forney homicide. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
