In the recent issue of our former compe handler JEAN ROSE PAGALA, the management terminated her due to personal concerns, including inappropriate indulgence with boys, making independent decisions without proper coordination, and engaging in acts of disloyalty such as being a SNITCH. These actions conflicted with the standards of discipline, trust, and responsibility required from a handler, prompting the management to make this decision in order to preserve the integrity of the clan.
We want to make it clear that leadership positions in this clan carry both privilege and accountability. A handler is expected to act with fairness, respect, and loyalty to the clan at all times. Any behavior that compromises these values, whether personal or collective, cannot be tolerated.
To all members, let this serve as a reminder that discipline, commitment, and teamwork are the pillars that make our clan strong. Every individualโs actions reflect not only on themselves but on the whole group. Transparency, respect, and coordination are not optional โ they are essential.
We encourage everyone to continue working together and upholding our standards so we can grow stronger, more united, and more competitive in every challenge ahead.
