WE AT THE GO AFRICA CARNIVAL DO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS EVENT AND THE ANTICIPATION IT HAS GENERATED AMONG PARTICIPANTS, VENDORS, AND THE COMMUNITY. HOWEVER, CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ARISEN THAT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO PROCEED WITH THE GO AFRICA CARNIVAL AS PLANNED. WE DEEPLY REGRET ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED.
