Hard work and local dedication have officially paid off for three more of our neighborhood's exceptional graduates. 🎓

We are celebrating Aidan "Blue" Mayne, who earned a full football scholarship to Henderson State University, where he will major in Business and pursue corporate supply chain management. 💼

Also featured is Larisa Maria Inocan, an Academic and Citizenship award recipient starting her journey at UT Arlington before transferring to UT Austin, and Roanoke College Magna Cum Laude graduate Helene Rose Miller, a decorated student-athlete in women's soccer heading toward a career in law. ⚽

Westbury residents Reid and Kristin Stiller share a busy life with their three-year-old daughter, Isla, and their one-month-old newborn son, Ashton. 👶

Isla attends St. Philip's Preschool and enjoys Little Gym, KidStrong, and city swim lessons. She loves making new playground friends at Dragon Park, while one-month-old baby Ashton keeps mom and dad on their toes. 🍼

Following important safety concerns raised by the Resident Advisory Council regarding high speeds and pedestrian risks on our pathways, the City of The Colony has recently adopted new ordinances directly impacting how electric vehicles are used throughout the community. 🚲

Under the updated city laws, pocket bikes and mini-motorcycles are strictly prohibited on public roads, sidewalks, trails, and all Tribute common areas, as they are not street legal. Electric bikes are allowed on sidewalks and trails but not in common areas, and riders are legally required to yield the right of way to pedestrians at all times. 🛴

Our community team and the HOA are continuing to promote safer pathways through education, mindfulness, and courtesy on the trails. 🏡

Local community connections continue to flourish in the most delicious ways, as shown by the incredible turnout for our recent morning park gathering. ☕

A very big thank-you goes out to PH Coffee DFW, our fantastic mobile coffee vendor for the morning. While the adults visited and sipped their morning brews, the kids stayed thoroughly entertained, making custom paper cards and playing together on the playground structures. 🌸

We are incredibly grateful to our residents and local partners who continue to show up and make these neighborhood gatherings so memorable. 🌟

When they are not busy with their careers, Reid and Kristin Stiller stay active by working out, golfing, running, reading, and traveling. 🏃‍♂️

The Stillers are incredibly passionate about everything their neighborhood has to offer, especially the lake access, community events, and the area's two golf courses. Their spirited pup Knox also loves the neighborhood, spending her days exploring the local trails and chasing bunnies in the backyard. 🐰

This group highlights Eagle Scout Kendall Schneyer, who is heading to Georgia Tech to major in Computer Science with upcoming semesters abroad in London and Spain. 🤩

Joining him is Texas Tech Magna Cum Laude graduate MacKenzie Williams, who is starting her career as an 8th-grade science teacher and dance team coach at Moore Middle School, and Legacy Christian Academy Valedictorian Jack Samuel Drygas, a National Merit Finalist and All-State athlete heading to Rice University. 🌟

Divya plans to keep hosting these wonderful creative swaps each season to ensure neighbors always feel welcome, valued, and inspired. 💌

For Westbury residents Reid and Kristin Stiller, the connection was so immediate that they were engaged less than eight months later. ✨

Kristin grew up in St. Louis and graduated with a degree in marketing, while Reid was raised south of Dallas and earned degrees in accounting and finance. Professionally, both have exciting careers, with Kristin serving as an Associate Director of Marketing at Acosta Mosaic Pro and Reid working as the Vice President of Finance for a healthcare real estate startup. 💫

The family moved to Westbury in August 2022 and has completely embraced the neighborhood spirit, from local community gatherings to outdoor trail recreation. 🌿

Our local Class of 2026 graduate spotlights are here, celebrating incredible milestones from university master's programs to major national speech and debate victories. 🌟

This lineup features Gabriela Vasconcelos, who graduated from UT Dallas with her Computer Science degree and starts her role as a Systems Administrator. 🙌

We are also honoring Faith Miller, who just achieved her Master of Accountancy from Abilene Christian University, and homeschool graduate Aiden Michael Briley, a merit scholarship recipient heading to Baylor University after ranking in the top three in the nation for humorous interpretation. 🎓
