I am an affiliate with Hoss — and when they first approached me, I had no idea what being an affiliate even meant. But truthfully, I would be sharing their content either way, because I genuinely use and love their products. If you like how my gardens look, just know that about 95% of what I use comes from Hoss. I don’t mention products to earn commissions — I talk about what I actually use. If I don’t use it, I don’t mention it. I will gladly put my name behind the Hoss brand — and I don’t say that lightly. Their products and customer service are both exceptional. When it comes to my garden, Hoss is the brand I use the most, and I wouldn’t keep using their products if they didn’t produce results. Their products perform, and their customer service is top tier.
I get offers from brands all the time who want me to promote their products simply by posting videos they provide as content on my platform (yes, that’s a real thing, and yes, they pay), but I refuse to promote anything I don’t use personally.
There’s also a misconception that Hoss is only for Southern growers and that their seeds are only for Southern gardeners — but that just isn’t the case. The Hoss Gardening Club did start with access limited to a few states in the South; however, it has since expanded to all 50 states, offering something for gardeners everywhere. The Gardening Club has been something I genuinely enjoy — I’m growing new things because of it and learning new things because of it. It’s perfect for someone like me who’s always trying new things in the garden.
The Hoss Gardening Club has three tiers. I use the middle tier (Small Sprouts), and I think it’s the most suited for the average gardener. Heavy Hitters is the top tier — it’s more expensive, but it comes with a lot. The Seeds of the Month is the lowest tier and provides seeds only. So, there’s something for everyone.
So, in closing, I simply want to clear the air: Hoss is not a brand only for Southern growers, and the Gardening Club is not only for people in Georgia or the South. I usually do an unboxing of each club box on my YouTube channel so you can see for yourself what’s inside. Hoss also shares the monthly contents as well — this month’s theme is microgreens, and as far as I know, those can be grown pretty much anywhere. 😉
If you want to check it out for yourself, I’ll put my affiliate link in the comments. 🌱
